On the AZ Resource Hub, you'll find resources for parental self-care, food and financial assistance, health insurance, medical, family and behavior health, and IEP/504 Plans.

Welcome to the AZ Resource Hub! Here, you will find direct links to local community resources in Arizona, as well as various other resources focusing on aging, special education in public & charter schools (IEPs/504 Plans), disability, and mental health.

An ongoing challenge is knowing where to find resources to address specific needs, such as raising a child with a disability or caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's or how to best help those within our communities. Given that resource availability varies by state, accessing and finding helpful support can be complex.

The goal is to simplify this process by providing a central hub as a starting point for locating resources specific to Arizona.
