Allow us to introduce LeAnn, the dedicated Non-Attorney Advocate behind Fuller Education Advocacy LLC, specializing in Special Education Advocacy and Consulting services across Arizona. As a mother of two children with Autism, LeAnn combines her personal experience with professional training in Special Education Advocacy, offering a unique and empathetic approach to supporting families.


Having faced the challenges of navigating educational, medical, and community systems herself, LeAnn deeply understands the struggles families endure. She is committed to creating positive change in schools and communities, advocating for inclusive opportunities for children with disabilities. Through her volunteer work with equine therapy programs and other community services, LeAnn actively contributes to fostering inclusive environments.


To provide the best support possible, LeAnn continuously expands her expertise through rigorous training and certifications in disability advocacy. She has specialized knowledge in areas such as learning disability interventions, community programs for family support, legislation for students with disabilities, postsecondary transition services, educational evaluations, assistive technology (AT) tools, and behavior intervention plans. Her credentials include completing COPAA SEAT 3 Special Education Advocate Training, IEP Coach, and Wrightslaw Special Education Advocacy Training.


LeAnn’s experience as a surrogate parent for students in foster care, along with her background as a former foster parent, highlights her dedication to the well-being of all children. She strives to work alongside government leaders and legislators to improve community programs and legislation, creating a brighter future for students with disabilities.
