This Privacy Policy explains how Fuller Education Advocacy, LLC collects, uses, shares, and retains information received through this website. Fuller Education Advocacy, LLC decides why and how contact information is used and is responsible for the practices described here.

Information You Choose To Provide

The contact form may collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • A child's age or grade, if you choose to provide it
  • A school or district name, if you choose to provide it
  • The current school plan or process you select
  • An upcoming meeting date, if you choose to provide it
  • A brief description of your concerns and the support you are seeking

The website does not provide a document upload feature. Please do not submit a child's full name, date of birth, student ID, medical or diagnostic information, school records, legal documents, financial information, Social Security number, or other sensitive information.

Information Collected Automatically

Website hosting and security providers may automatically receive limited technical information when you visit, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, date and time, referring page, and security or diagnostic logs. This information may be used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website. Fuller Education Advocacy does not currently use the website for behavioral advertising and does not intentionally place advertising trackers.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

  • Review and respond to your inquiry
  • Contact you about an initial consultation or requested services
  • Determine whether the requested support may be a good fit
  • Maintain business records and document communications
  • Protect the website, prevent spam or misuse, and troubleshoot problems
  • Comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests

Contact information submitted for an inquiry will not be used for email marketing unless you separately ask to receive marketing messages.

Service Providers And Information Sharing

Information is shared only as reasonably necessary to operate the website, deliver the contact form, respond to an inquiry, protect legal rights, or comply with law. Current website providers include:

  • OpenAI And ChatGPT Sites: Website hosting, operation, security, and related technical processing
  • FormSubmit: Processing contact-form submissions and transmitting them to the business email account
  • Google And Gmail: Receiving, storing, and responding to contact-form submissions and email communications

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, investigate fraud or security concerns, protect a person's safety or legal rights, obtain professional advice, or complete a business transfer. Each provider has its own terms and privacy practices.

No Sale Of Personal Information

Fuller Education Advocacy does not sell or rent personal information and does not share contact-form information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Contact-form inquiries that do not lead to services are generally kept for no more than 12 months after the last communication. Information may be kept longer when reasonably necessary for an active inquiry, a client relationship, legal or safety concerns, fraud prevention, tax or business records, dispute resolution, or other lawful obligations. Client records are handled according to the Client Agreement and applicable business-record requirements. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical steps are used to protect information, including limiting collection and using established service providers. However, no website, form, email system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure or confidential. Do not use the contact form to send sensitive records or urgent information.

Your Choices And Requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted through the website, subject to reasonable identity verification and any information Fuller Education Advocacy must retain for legal or business reasons. Send requests to FullerAdvocacy@gmail.com. You may also contact Fuller Education Advocacy if you believe a child or another person submitted information without appropriate permission.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for parents, guardians, and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and children should not submit the contact form. Fuller Education Advocacy does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the website. A parent or guardian may provide limited general information about a child when seeking services, but should not provide the sensitive information listed above.

Links to outside websites are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties, not by Fuller Education Advocacy. Review their policies before providing information.

Data Location
